I've been using this for about a year now and I have to say that it works really well. I do have to use a probiotic when using this, otherwise I get very uncomfortable. But when used with the probiotic, it works very well.

Unhealthy POOP
The American diet is rich in protein and less in fruits and vegetables causing hard bowel movements. We need food for fuel and fiber for a good bowel movement. Fruits and vegetables have fiber, butt even with fruits and vegetables the stools remain mushy soft like toothpaste which requiring a lot of wiping.
